
The Environmental Protection Agency of the United States of America has published the Final Rules that establish tolerances for residues of mandestrobin and pyridaben.The tolerance for mandestrobin is established for grape, raisin at 7.0 ppm.This regulation is effective October 11, 2016. Objections and requests must be received on or before December 12, 2016.Federal Register Vol. 81, No. 196. Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Pages 70038-70043New tolerances are established for residues of the insecticide pyridaben in or on fruit, stone, group 12-12 at 3.0 ppm and nut, tree, group 14-12 at 0.05 ppm. In addition, the tolerances in or on nut, tree, group 14 at 0.05 ppm; fruit, stone, group 12 at 2.5 ppm; pistachio at 0.05 ppm and grape at 1.5 ppm are being removed.This regulation is effective October 14, 2016.
