
On January 18, 2017 the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the final rule establishing tolerances for residues of acequinocyl. As regards tree nuts, the tolerances of acequinocyl are established at 0.02 ppm. In addition, EPA is removing tolerances for tree nuts (group 14) at 0.02 ppm.This regulation is effective since January 18, 2017.
