Among others, the tolerance of tebufenozide in cranberry and in tree nuts (nut, tree, group 14-12) is established at 1.0 ppm; and in grapes is established at 3.0 ppm. The Regulation is effective since November 16, 2017.
Objections and requests must be received on or before January 16, 2018.
