USA: MRLs Update

Among others, the tolerance of etoxazole in or on Nut, tree group 14-12 is established at 0.01 ppm. In addition, the existing tolerances in Fruit, stone, group 12, except plum at 1.0 ppm; Nut, tree, group 14 at 0.01 ppm; Pistachio at 0.01 ppm; and Plum at 0.15 ppm are removed.
 
The Regulation is effective since October 15, 2018. Objections and requests must be received on or before December 14, 2018.
