The amendments add the authority to regulate quality for the purpose of pathogen reduction and to establish different regulations for different markets. In addition, this final rule makes administrative revisions to subpart headings to bring the language into conformance with the Office of Federal Register requirements.
The Regulation is effective since November 19, 2018.
