EU: Organic Import

The European Commission has published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2329 of 14 December 2017 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries.

The Implementing Regulation corrects and introduces changes to the existing arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries.
 
This Regulation entered into force on January 4, 2018.
