As for nuts and dried fruits, the Regulation sets the following MRLs: The MRL in almonds is lowered from 0.2 ppm to 0.01* ppm. The MRL in apricots is lowered from 6 ppm to 0.01* ppm. The MRL in plums is lowered from 3 ppm to 0.01* ppm. The MRL in grapes and cranberries is lowered from 20 ppm to 0.01* ppm. The Regulation shall apply from July 31, 2019. *Indicates lower limit of determination.
