
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has published the Reasoned Opinion on the Modification of the existing maximum residue levels for penthiopyrad in stone fruits and cereals.EFSA concluded that the proposed MRL modification of penthiopyrad on apricots (from 2 to 4 mg/kg) will not result in a consumer exposure exceeding the toxicological reference values, and therefore is unlikely to pose a health risk to consumers.EFSA Reasoned Opinion on the Modification of the existing maximum residue levels for penthiopyrad in stone fruits and cereals.
