
This regulation is based on the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. The regulation includes general principles; risk monitoring and assessment for food safety; food safety standards; the production and marketing of food; food inspection; food import and export; handling of food safety incidents; supervision and management; legal responsibility and supplementary provisions.
The final date for comments is October 13, 2017.
