Brazil: MRLs Update

The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency notified the World Trade Organization of the draft resolution regarding the active ingredient T30 - Thiodicarb of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published in Resolution RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003.
 

The MRL of T30 – Thiodicarb for peanut culture increased from 0.04 ppm to 0.06 ppm. The final date for comments was November 3, 2017.
