
Based on the assessment of the available data, no apparent risk to consumers was identified, however some information required by the regulatory framework was missing. Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only and some MRL proposals derived by EFSA still require further consideration by risk managers.
Among others, the following recommendations were derived: replace the existing MRL in almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, pine nut kernels, pistachios and walnuts at 0.05* ppm by 0.01* ppm; in apricots and plums at 0.1 ppm by 0.01* ppm; in cranberries at 0.1 ppm by 0.02 ppm; and in figs at 0.05* ppm by 0.05 ppm.
